Purchase Does Not Transfer Copyright: The purchase of an original painting, custom artwork, canvas, fine art print, or physical product does NOT transfer reproduction rights or copyright to the buyer.
Prohibited Uses: You may not reproduce, scan, print, resell, license, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any artwork or content on this site without express written consent from Lisa’s Paint Studio.
Personal Use Only: Content accessed on this website is for personal, non-commercial use only.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT DISPLAY & ACCURACY

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our original artwork and products as accurately as possible. However, because display settings, color profiles, and screen hardware vary across monitors and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or texture will be 100% accurate compared to the physical piece in hand.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Lisa’s Paint Studio reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our sole discretion (including limited availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud).

Payment: Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted and fulfilled.
Personal Use: You represent and warrant that purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.
Order Corrections: We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if pricing or inventory errors occur prior to dispatch. If we cancel or change an order, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS, & REFUNDS

All delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

Transfer of Risk: Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the shipping carrier.
Refunds & Returns: Returns, exchanges, and damaged item claims are governed solely by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Lisa’s Paint Studio is hosted on and powered by Shopify, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.

You acknowledge and agree that your sales contract is directly with Lisa’s Paint Studio. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Lisa’s Paint Studio, including product quality, fulfillment, or claims. You hereby expressly release Shopify from all liabilities and claims arising out of your transactions with Lisa’s Paint Studio.
